1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HTMT LLC, doing business as Build With Greco ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By accessing our website, downloading any free resource, purchasing any course or coaching program, or otherwise engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and products immediately.

2. Earnings Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Results

Our courses, checklists, templates, coaching programs, and any other educational content are designed to teach you a proven method for building Amazon brands. However, your results will depend entirely on your own effort, resources, time commitment, market conditions, and your ability to follow the steps in the correct sequence.

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No specific income, profit, or business outcome is promised or guaranteed by any course, program, or coaching engagement with Build With Greco.
• Results shared in our marketing materials, testimonials, case studies, or course content are individual results and not representative of average outcomes.
• Success on Amazon or in any business requires following the exact steps in the correct sequence, consistent execution over time, adequate capital, and sound judgment. Missing or skipping any step may materially affect your results.
• External factors including Amazon platform changes, supplier disruptions, market saturation, and advertising costs are outside our control and may affect your outcomes.
• Your prior experience, financial situation, and available time will directly impact your results.

Any forward-looking statements made by the Company or its representatives are expressions of opinion only and should not be relied upon as fact or as a promise of future performance.

3. Products and Services

Build With Greco offers the following categories of products and services:

Digital Products and Courses

Self-paced online courses, downloadable checklists, templates, and reference guides. These are educational materials delivered digitally and are available immediately upon purchase or opt-in.

Coaching Programs

High-touch coaching engagements ranging from $5,000 to $20,000, which may include a combination of online courses, downloadable resources, group coaching sessions, and one-on-one video support with Emiliano Greco or members of his team. Specific deliverables for each coaching program are described at the point of sale.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Products and Courses (Under $200)

We offer a 30-day refund on all digital course purchases priced under $200. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date. No reason is required. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Coaching Programs

Coaching programs involve significant onboarding, discovery, and preparation work by our team from the moment of enrollment. For this reason, the following refund terms apply:

• Initial deposit of $1,000: The first $1,000 of any coaching program payment, whether paid as an upfront deposit or as the first installment of a payment plan, is non-refundable. This covers the cost of onboarding, initial assessment, and preparation of your personalized plan.
• 7-day full refund window: Beyond the non-refundable deposit, you may request a full refund of any additional amounts paid within 7 calendar days of your enrollment date. This request must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
• After 7 days: Refund requests received after the 7-day window will not be automatically approved. However, we are committed to your success. Before any partial refund is considered, you are required to work with our support team to allow us the opportunity to address your concerns, troubleshoot any issues, and make every reasonable effort to get you on track. Only after completing this process in good faith will a partial refund be evaluated at the sole discretion of Build With Greco based on the work completed and resources delivered.
• Payment plans: Enrolling in a payment plan does not alter these refund terms. You remain obligated to complete all scheduled payments unless a refund has been formally approved in writing by Build With Greco.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of your access to all products and services without further refund consideration.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our products, including but not limited to course videos, written materials, templates, checklists, graphics, and brand assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of HTMT LLC dba Build With Greco and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased materials for your own personal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, share access credentials, or create derivative works from any of our materials without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or products to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including Amazon's terms of service or seller policies.
• Share, resell, or redistribute paid content to others without authorization.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Build With Greco or use our name, likeness, or materials in your own marketing without written permission.
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

7. Age Requirement

Our products and services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing or accessing our content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to individuals under 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our content references and teaches the use of third-party platforms including Amazon, Alibaba, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and GoHighLevel, among others. Build With Greco is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for changes to their terms, pricing, availability, or functionality. Use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms of service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HTMT LLC disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall HTMT LLC, its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or products after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
